About
The 150,000 square-foot International Living Learning Center will house the INTO-OSU program offices and classrooms, a general purpose auditorium, and residential spaces for more than 350 students, 70% of which will be designated for international students. A Peet’s Coffee and market featuring fresh produce will also be located on the first floor of the building. The upper four levels of the building will be comprised of two residential wings joined by a center concourse with academic areas and student lounges.

The $52 million project is scheduled to open September 1, 2011 and will be operated by University Housing & Dining Services. A formal groundbreaking is tentatively scheduled for May 20, 2010.
